Healthy Breakfast Banana Oats Pancake That Doesn’t Taste Like Sadness

Well, after many kitchen disasters (and one pancake that literally stuck to my ceiling... don’t ask), I’ve finally found a winner Banana Oats Pancakes. They're fluffy, naturally sweet, filling, and most importantly, they don’t make you feel like you’re being punished for trying to be healthy.

Why I’m Obsessed (And You Might Be Too)

  • No refined sugar. Like, zero. 
  • No flour, just good old oats.
  • You only need a blender and a pan. No fancy equipment or MasterChef skills.
  • It actually tastes like a real pancake and not a health experiment gone wrong.

What You’ll Need (everything already lying in your kitchen)

  • 1 ripe banana (the sad spotty one you were about to toss perfect!)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 egg (or a flax egg if you’re team vegan)
  • A splash of milk (any kind cow, almond, unicorn... you do you)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional, but it makes you feel like a chef)
  • Tiny pinch of salt
  • Ghee or coconut oil to cook

Let’s Cook This Like We Mean It

  1.  Blend everything in a blender. That’s it. No mixing bowls, no whisking till your arms fall off. Just dump and blend till smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan on medium. Add a little oil or ghee (trust me, ghee makes it next-level yum).
  3. Pour small circles of batter not too big unless you want a pancake that fights back when you flip it.
  4. Cook for about 2–3 mins on each side or till golden and cooked through.
  5. Stack ‘em, top with whatever your heart desires honey, peanut butter, berries, chopped nuts, or just devour them plain straight from the pan like I totally haven’t done. (Okay, I have. Don’t judge.)
