Daily Morning Simple Habits for a Healthy Life.

To be frank, after waking up, I first scroll through my mobile phone for a while and see something. Actually, my only intention behind picking up my mobile phone is to check the time. But that's just the end of it. Is this the case with you? Yah.. I began to feel that routine was not a good habit after all.

In fact, I have often felt that our day depends on our mood. The good decisions you make in the morning, calmly and wisely, will boost your energy…
So, I would like to share here some real daily morning habits for a healthy life. It may not be perfect, who is perfect in this world? 😊 but not impossible either. Simple good habits that ordinary people like us can follow.

1. Stop using your phone first thing in the morning


What's the first thing you look for after waking up? Your phone, right?
Notifications, news, random reels, someone else's perfect and happy life... boom! Not only waste your precious time, but it also tires your brain starts to tire before your feet even touch the floor.
Try this instead:
Take 10–15 minutes before you pick up the phone, take a deep breath, and look outside. Let your own thoughts come to you. Sounds strange? But after a few days, you will notice a change in yourself. You will feel less stressed and feel freer.

2. Drink water like your magic potion


Our body doesn't get enough water for 7–8 hours. But what do we give it first in the morning? Tea, coffee, or nothing. Right?
Drinking a glass of warm water first thing in the morning is good for:
  • It helps your digestion
  • It flushes out toxins
  • It improves your skin
  • It increases your energy
It's so... simple. But sometimes it's enough to ease even the most intense activities.

3. Move your body (I don't think you need a gym body).



 You need a moving body. That's all.
  • A 10-minute walk.
  • A few stretches.
  • Light yoga.
  • Even the dance we do while cooking.
Movement transfers energy to our bodies.

4. Sunlight Is Free and natural Medicine



Walk and spend at least 5–10 minutes in the morning. Let sunlight touch you. 
This helps you:
  • To fix your sleep cycle
  • to improve your mood
  • to boost vitamin D
  • to reduce depression and stress
People search for happiness everywhere… sometimes it’s just standing nearby you in different forms. But you have to find it. relax and look around, dears😊.

5. Don't skip breakfast



Please don't think of tea and biscuits as "breakfast". It's just for survival; it's not healthy. Your breakfast should fuel you and give you more energy. 
Try these:
  • Eggs
  • Fruits
  • Dairy
  • Oats
  • Idli, Dosa, and Puttu in a balanced way
Eat and take care of yourself. Because you are the only one who can see you πŸ₯°

6. Give a fresher Start



We wash our faces every morning. But what about the mind? Just 2–5 minutes of silence, prayer, gratitude, or deep breathing, and you can reset everything. It will change your mood. 

7. Stop rushing out of bed in the morning after hearing a terrible explosion



If you think that eating healthy food in the morning will make you feel good, you are wrong. Our rush can also make us unhealthy to some extent.
  • Waking up late.
  • Running.
  • Yelling.
  • Forgetting things.
  • Feeling guilty.
These are all things that will come after this. Isn't it? Try to wake up at least 20 minutes earlier in peace, I think, that is the best solution.

8. Make your bed as soon as you wake up (This is a small thing that everyone can easily do, but this habit is important)



Making your bed first thing in the morning gives your brain a little boost. Isn't it a relief to know that "I got something done this morning"?Sometimes that small victory is what drives you to do the next thing.

9. Don't drag yesterday's bad things into today.


This may not always be possible. But if you can do it, you've escaped. Yesterday's mistakes, Yesterday's fights, Yesterday's stress, and Yesterday's problems. Don't look back on them. Leave them there.
Every morning is a new beginning. A new page in the book of life. Don't ruin that new page with an old, bad story. Ask yourself:
"What kind of day do I want today? Should I choose to live a bad life? Isn't the point in living happily while I have it?”

10. No one is perfect. We can grow little by little

We may not always be able to do everything. Some days we will do everything perfectly. Sometimes we may not do anything at all. That's okay.
We cannot build a healthy life in a single day. We must do it over time and over again.

My Thoughts


I would never say that you should change all your habits at once. First, change the way you start your day. Then slowly change the rest. Sometimes, small changes that we consider insignificant can change our lives.

Do you think that living a healthy life is very difficult or something that is out of reach for ordinary people? Try making changes like water instead of soda, sunlight instead of screens, movement instead of laziness, peace instead of hustle and bustle (just.. look outside 😊). You will definitely get better.
