I am not here to encourage you to eat food items that you don't like. I am here to discuss real-life health. The kind that is 100% natural, most effective, and enjoyable.
Why this blog?
Honestly, sometimes I feel health advice is like Indian weather, fully unpredictable πŸ˜„. Carbs are bad, then carbs are good 😳. Fat is an enemy, then fat is our bestie πŸ™„. Confused? πŸ€”. Anyway, I wanted to share what actually works for common people with normal lives.

My approach

I’m not a professional, perfect guru sitting on a yoga mat 😊 . I’m a real human who also struggles at midnight to eat snacks or something and sometimes negotiates with myself to drink enough water. (Seriously, why is drinking water harder to remember than any other passwords?)
Here we celebrate every small improvement. Walked an extra 5 minutes today? That's success😊. Drink water instead of any soft drinks once a week? High five ✋🏻. Life is too short. That's why we don't follow unhealthy rules that lead us to tragedy.
